IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT MADRAS

High Court Amendment (Madras) to Order XLI Rule 1(1) of the Code of Civil

Procedure, 1908.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 122 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act V of 1908)

and all other powers hereunto enabling and with the previous approval of the Government of Tamil Nadu, the High

Court, makes the following amendment in Order XLI Rule 1(1), High Court Amendment (Madras) of the Code of Civil

Procedure, 1908.

Aඕඍඖඌඕඍඖග

In the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act V of 1908), in Order XLI, in rule 1, in sub-rule (1), after the

words ''mechanically reproduced'', the words ''or computerized'' shall be inserted.
