NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997
READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND
VALIDATION) ACT, 2019

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be
acquired for industrial purpose to wit to the formation of Madurai to Thoothukudi Railway Gauge Doubling work
in Maniyachi Village of Ottapidaram Taluk in the District of Thoothukudi, and it having already been decided that the
amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by
Senior Divisional Manager RVNL. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu
Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule
below measuring an extent of 2.09.02 hectare to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose wit, for
the formation of Madurai to Thoothukudi Railway Gauge Doubling work in Maniyachi Village of Ottapidaram Taluk
in the District of Thoothukudi.
The plan of the land/lands is/are kept in the offi ce of the Collector, Thoothukudi may be inspected on any day
during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be
acquired for industrial purpose to wit to the setting up of new SIPCOT Industrial Park situated in Agavalam Village of
Nemili Taluk in the District of Ranipet, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be
awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by SIPCOT. The following notice
is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule
below measuring an extent of 17.49.0 hectare to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose wit,
for the setting up of new SIPCOT Industrial Park situated in Agavalam Village of Nemili Taluk in the District of Ranipet.
The plan of the land/lands is/are kept in the offi ce of the Collector, Ranipet may be inspected on any day during
offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be
acquired for industrial purpose to wit to the expansion of Cheyyar SIPCOT situated in 103. Chellaperumpulimedu Village of
Vembakkam Taluk in the District of Tiruvannamalai, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation
to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by SIPCOT. The following notice
is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu
Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring
an extent of 5.05.5 hectare to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for the expansion of
Cheyyar SIPCOT situated in 103. Chellaperumpulimedu Village of Vembakkam Taluk in the District of Tiruvannamalai.
The plan of the land/lands is/are kept in the Offi ce of the Collector, Tiruvannamalai may be inspected on any
day during offi ce hours.
