Amendments to the Tamil Nadu Manual Workers Social Security and Welfare Scheme, 2006.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Manual Workers (Regulation of Employment and

Conditions of Work) Act, 1982 (Tamil Nadu Act 33 of 1982), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the Advisory

Committee, hereby makes the following amendments to the Tamil Nadu Manual Workers Social Security and Welfare Scheme,

2006 as subsequently amended.

Aඕඍඖඌඕඍඖගඛ

In the said Scheme,-

(1) in clause 17, in sub-clause (2) (a), for the expression “Rs.1,00,000”, the expression “Rs.1,25,000” shall be

substituted;

(2) in clause 20, in sub-clause (1), for the expression “Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only)”, the expression

“Rs.30,000 (Rupees Thirty Thousand only)”, shall be substituted;

(3) in clause 21,-

(i) in sub-clause (1), in the Table, after the Serial No.10 and the corresponding entries relating thereto, the following

Serial No. and corresponding entries relating thereto, shall be added, namely:-

(ii) for sub-clause (3), the following sub-clause shall be substituted:-

be in Form X to be submitted after passing of the course, the application for assistances specifi ed in serial numbers 6 to 10 in

column (1) of the said Table shall be in Form XII to be submitted before completion and passing of the course, the application

for the assistances specifi ed in serial numbers 1, 3 and 4 shall be in Form XI to be submitted before completion and passing of

the course and the application for assistances specifi ed in Serial number 11 in column (1) of the Table in sub-clause (1) shall

be in Form XI-A to be submitted before completion and passing of the course.”;

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Manual Workers (Regulation of Employment

and Conditions of Work) Act, 1982 (Tamil Nadu Act 33 of 1982), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with

the Advisory Committee, hereby makes the following amendments to the Tamil Nadu Goldsmiths Social Security and

Welfare Scheme, 2006 as subsequently amended.

In the said Scheme,-

(1) in clause 17, in sub-clause (2) (a), for the expression “Rs.1,00,000”, the expression “Rs.1,25,000”, shall be

substituted;

(2) in clause 20, in sub-clause (1), for the expression “Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only)”, the

expression “Rs.30,000 (Rupees Thirty Thousand only)”, shall be substituted;

(3) in clause 21,-

(i) in sub-clause (1), in the Table, after the Serial No.10 and the corresponding entries relating thereto, the

following Serial No. and corresponding entries relating thereto, shall be added, namely:-

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Manual Workers (Regulation of Employment

and Conditions of Work) Act, 1982 (Tamil Nadu Act 33 of 1982), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the

Advisory Committee, hereby makes the following amendments to the Tamil Nadu Cooking and Catering Workers Social

Security and Welfare Scheme, 2015 as subsequently amended.

In the said Scheme,-

(1) in clause 17, in sub-clause (2) (a), for the expression “Rs.1,00,000”, the expression “Rs.1,25,000”, shall be

substituted;

(2) in clause 20, in sub-clause (1), for the expression “Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only)”, the expression

“Rs.30,000 (Rupees Thirty Thousand only)”, shall be substituted;

(3) in clause 21,-
