The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be
acquired for industrial purpose to wit to the expansion of Cheyyar SIPCOT situated in 95. Chozhavaram Village of
Vembakkam Taluk in the District of Tiruvannamalai, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation
to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed by SIPCOT. The following notice
is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule
below measuring an extent of 2.52.5 hectare to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for the
expansion of Cheyyar SIPCOT situated in 95. Chozhavaram Village of Vembakkam Taluk in the District of Tiruvannamalai.
The plan of the land/lands is/are kept in the offi ce of the Collector, Tiruvannamalai may be inspected on any day
during offi ce hours.

Melapandiyapuram Village of Ottapidaram Taluk in the District of Thoothukudi, and it having already been decided that
the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed
by Senior Divisional Manager RVNL, Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the
Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE

Maruthanvazhvu Naraikinaru of Ottapidaram Taluk in the District of Thoothukudi, and it having already been decided
that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or
managed by Senior Divisional Manager RVNL. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the
Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule
below measuring an extent of 2.97.67 hectare to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose wit,
for the formation of Maniyachi to Nagercoil Railway Gauge Doubling work in Maruthanvazhvu Naraikinaru Village of
Ottapidaram Taluk in the District of Thoothukudi.
The plan of the land/lands is/are kept in the offi ce of the Collector, Thoothukudi may be inspected on any
day during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to
be acquired for industrial purpose to wit to the formation of Maniyachi to Nagercoil Railway Gauge Doubling work
in Keezhakottai Village of Ottapidaram Taluk in the District of Thoothukudi, and it having already been decided that
the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed
by Senior Divisional Manager RVNL. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil
Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule
below measuring an extent of 1.36.25 hectare to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose wit,
for the formation of Maniyachi to Nagercoil Railway Gauge Doubling work in Keezhakottai Village of Ottapidaram
Taluk in the District of Thoothukudi.
The plan of the land/lands is/are kept in the offi ce of the Collector, Thoothukudi may be inspected on any
day during offi ce hours.
