NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997READ
WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION)
ACT, 2019
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be acquired
for industrial purpose to wit to formation of Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway line between Madurai – Thoothukudi
under Rail Vikas Nigam Limited situated in Nalli Village, Sattur Taluk, Virudhunagar District and it having already
been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled
or managed by Rail Vikas Nigam Limited. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the
Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below
measuring 15483 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, formation of Doubling
of Broad Gauge Railway line between Madurai – Thoothukudi under Rail Vikas Nigam Limited.
The plan of the lands are in the offi ce of the District Collector, Virudhunagar, offi ce of the Taluk Tahisildar,
Sattur may be inspected on any day during offi ce hours.

Utthupatti Village of Kovilpatti Taluk in the District of Thoothukudi, and it having already been decided that the amount
of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Senior
Divisional Manager RVNL, Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu
Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule
below measuring an extent of 1.70.14 hectare to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose wit, for
the formation of Madurai to Thoothukudi Railway Gauge Doubling work in Utthupatti Village of Kovilpatti Taluk in the
District of Thoothukudi.
The plan of the land/lands is/are kept in the offi ce of the Collector, Thoothukudi may be inspected on any day
during offi ce hours.

NOTICE

NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule
below measuring an extent of 1.65.75 Hectare to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose wit,
for the formation of Madurai to Thoothukudi Railway Gauge Doubling work in Umarikkottai Village of Thoothukudi Taluk
in the District of Thoothukudi.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be
acquired for industrial purpose to wit to the formation of Madurai to Thoothukudi Railway Gauge Doubling work in
Ilavelangal Village of Kayathar Taluk in the District of Thoothukudi, and it having already been decided that the amount
of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Senior
Divisional Manager RVNL, Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu
Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule
below measuring an extent of 2.89.22 hectare to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose wit,
for the formation of Madurai to Thoothukudi Railway Gauge Doubling work in Ilavelangal Village of Kayathar Taluk in
the District of Thoothukudi.
The plan of the land/lands is/are kept in the offi ce of the Collector, Thoothukudi may be inspected on any day
during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be
acquired for industrial purpose to wit to the formation of Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Madurai -
Thoothukudi work in Kokkulancheri Village of KalliKudi Taluk in the District of Madurai, and it having already been
decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled
or managed by RVNL. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition
of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule
below measuring an extent of 1994 Sq. mtrs to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit,
for the formation of Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Madurai - Thoothukudi work in Kokkulancheri
Village of KalliKudi Taluk in the District of Madurai.
The plan of the land/lands is/are kept in the offi ce of the Collector, Madurai may be inspected on any day
during offi ce hours.
