NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT,

1997READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND

VALIDATION) ACT, 2019

No. VI(1)/358(a-1)/2021.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be acquired

for industrial purpose to wit to formation of Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway line between Madurai – Thoothukudi under

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited situated in E.Kumaralingapuram and other 4 Villages, Sattur Taluk, Virudhunagar District

and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of

the funds controlled or managed by Rail Vikas Nigam Limited. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of

section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule below

measuring 88163 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, formation of Doubling

of Broad Gauge Railway line between Madurai – Thoothukudi under Rail Vikas Nigam Limited.

The plan of the lands are in the offi ce of the District Collector, Virudhunagar, offi ce of the Taluk Tahisildar, Sattur

may be inspected on any day during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be acquired

for industrial purpose to wit to formation of Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway line between Madurai – Thoothukudi under

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited situated in Maruloothu Village, Virudhunagar Taluk, Virudhunagar District and it having already

been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled

or managed by Rail Vikas Nigam Limited. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the

Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule below

measuring 8300 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, formation of Doubling of

Broad Gauge Railway line between Madurai – Thoothukudi under Rail Vikas Nigam Limited.

The plan of the lands are in the offi ce of the District Collector, Virudhunagar, offi ce of the Taluk Tahisildar, Virudhunagar

may be inspected on any day during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be acquired

for industrial purpose to wit to formation of Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway line between Madurai – Thoothukudi under

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited situated in Chinnakollapatti Village, Sattur Taluk, Virudhunagar District and it having already

been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled

or managed by Rail Vikas Nigam Limited. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil

Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below

measuring 55752 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, formation of Doubling

of Broad Gauge Railway line between Madurai – Thoothukudi under Rail Vikas Nigam Limited.

The plan of the lands are in the offi ce of the District Collector, Virudhunagar, offi ce of the Taluk Tahisildar,

Virudhunagar may be inspected on any day during offi ce hours.
