Division, South Central Railway has requested to consider

his request for inter cadre deputation with Government of

Tamil Nadu for any suitable post for his qualiﬁ cation.

2. The Director General/Railway Protection Force,

Railway Board, Ministry of Railways, New Delhi was requested

to obtain the approval of the cadre controlling authority

(i.e. Railway Board, Ministry of Railways, Government of

India) and Vigilance Clearance in respect of Thiru S.R.Gandhi,

IRPFS, Senior Divisional Security Commissioner, Railway

Protection Force, Secunderabad Division, South Central

Railway and Communicate the same to this State Government

to take further action on the request of Thiru S.R. Gandhi,

IRPFS for deputation with Government of Tamil Nadu for a

period of three years.

3. The Director/Railway Protection Force, Railway Board,

Ministry of Railways, Government of India, New Delhi has

issued the Vigilance Clearance and Cadre Clearance Certiﬁ cate

in respect of Thiru S.R.Gandhi, IRPFS, Senior Divisional

Security

Commissioner,

Railway

Protection

Force,

Secunderabad Division, South Central Railway, Government

of India for deputation with Government of Tamil Nadu.

4. The Government of Tamil Nadu have agreed for

deputation of Thiru S.R.Gandhi, IRPFS with this State

Government for a period of three years with pay protection

from the date of his reporting for duty in this Government.

5. Thiru S.R. Gandhi, IRPFS, Senior Divisional Security

Commissioner, Railway Protection Force, Secunderabad

Division, South Central Railway, Government of India

on deputation to Government of Tamil Nadu is posted

to act as the Director, Art and Culture, Chennai vice

Thiru G. Prakash, IAS, on leave.

6. During the period of his deputation, he is allowed to draw

his pay in his time scale of pay, allowances and entitlements as

applicable to him in his parent cadre and other perquisites as

eligible to the post to which he is posted.
