NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001(TN ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH THE

TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are acquired

under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose for the formation of Bypass in of

SH-86 Omalur - Sankari - Tiruchengode - Paramathi Road from KM 38/900 to 39/100 & 39/800 to 40/250 & 41/400

to 42/380 KM at Kasthuripatti (Part-2) (Sankari By-Pass) Village in Sankari Taluk, Salem District, and it having already

been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled

and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Salem (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by

the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice

is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read

with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act 2019, the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ ed that the Dry lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 33

sq.mtr., are acquired in Kasthuripatti (Part-2) (Sankari By-Pass) Village in Sankari Taluk, Salem District, to the same, a

little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial corridor Project for State Highways purpose for the

formation of Bypass in SH-86 Omalur - Sankari - Tiruchengode - Paramathi Road from KM 38/900 to 39/100 & 39/800

to 40/250 & 41/400 to 42/380 KM.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue officer

(Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar

(Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Sankari Unit at Omalur Taluk and may be

inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce hours.

and Widening in of SH-79 Tiruchengode - Erode Road from KM 83.800 to KM 86.300 at Thokkavadi

(Part-IV) Village in Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional

Engineer(H), Salem (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons

having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section
