The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the

lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below have to be acquired

for Highways purpose for construction of Western Ring-road

to Coimbatore City at Kalikkanaickenpalayam Village, Perur

Taluk, Coimbatore District and it has already been decided

that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the

lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by

the Chief Engineer, Construction and Maintenance, Highways

Department after considering the cause shown by the owner

(or) other person having interest on such lands as the case

[ 1 ]

may be do hereby publish the following notice under

sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways

Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34

of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires

the land speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below measuring to

an extent 146701 sq.mtr. of wet and dry lands 143780

sq.mts of R. Dry lands and 2921 sq.mts of R. Wet

lands in Kalikkanaickenpalayam Village, Perur Taluk,

Coimbatore District for construction of Western Ring-road

to Coimbatore City.

The plan of the lands is kept in the oﬃ ce of the

District Revenue Oﬃ cer, Coimbatore and may be inspected

at any time during oﬃ ce hours.

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed

that the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below have to be

acquired for Highways purpose for construction of Western

Ring-road to Coimbatore City at West Chithiraichavadi

Village, Perur Taluk, Coimbatore District and it has already

been decided that the entire amount of compensation to

be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds

controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer, Construction

and Maintenance, Highways Department after considering

the cause shown by the owner (or) other person having

interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby

publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of

Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001

(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of

2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land

speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below measuring to an extent

of 27477 sq.mts of R.Wet lands in West Chithiraichavadi

Village, Perur Taluk, Coimbatore District for construction of

Western Ring-road to Coimbatore City.

The plan of the lands is kept in the oﬃ ce of the

District Revenue Oﬃ cer, Coimbatore and may be inspected

at any time during oﬃ ce hours.
