NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT,

1997 READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND

VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the land / lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below has /

have to be acquired for industrial purposes, for formation of ’Viaduct Ex- 10 Alapakkam to Porur’ and having already

been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land / lands is / are to be paid out of

the funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3

of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the

Schedule below and measuring 1423 Sq.mt to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes,

to wit, for the formation of ’Viaduct Ex- 10 Alapakkam to Porur’.

The plans of the lands are kept in the Chennai Collector’s Oﬃ ce, Taluk Oﬃ ce–Maduravoyal and oﬃ ce of

The District Revenue Oﬃ cer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail Limited, Chennai which may be inspected at during oﬃ ce hours.

have to be acquired for industrial purposes, for Corridor 4 viaduct for formation of ‘Ex-05 Saligramam Ware House

to Alwarthirunagar’ and having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the

land / lands is / are to be paid out of the funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following

notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act,

1997, (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule

below and measuring 459 Sq.mt to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for

Corridor 4 viaduct for formation of ’Ex-05 Saligramam Ware House to Alwarthirunagar’.

The plans of the lands are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Chennai Collector and Taluk Oﬃ ce –Mambalam, District Revenue

Oﬃ cer L.A., Koyambedu, Chennai Metro Rail Limited and may be inspected at any time during oﬃ ce hours.

(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002, the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquries the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 9583 hects to the

same, a little more or less needed for the work of the formation of Link Road between proposed New Bus Stand in

Namakkal Town to New By-Pass road for Namakkal Town in Marurpatti Village of Namakkal Taluk and Namakkal District.

acquired for the purpose for Formation of Road Over Bridge in between Chengalpattu – Othivakkam Railway Station

in lieu of existing Railway Level Crossing No.59 at K.M.68/16-18, Ponvilanthakalathur Village, Thirukalukundram Taluk,

Chengalpattu District and it have already been decided that the entire amount of Compensation to be awarded for the

lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (Highways), Construction and

Maintenance, Chennai City Roads Division, Chennai-600015 and having considered the cause shown by the owners

or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby publish the following notice under

sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

NOTICE

Under Sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001, (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 710 Sq.Mtrs.,

required for Highways purpose i.e., to the same, a little more or less, required for Formation of Road Over Bridge in

between Chengalpattu – Othivakkam Railway Station in lieu of existing Railway Level Crossing No.59 at K.M.68/16-18,

Ponvilanthakalathur Village, Thirukalukundram Taluk, Chengalpattu District.

The plan of the lands under acquisition, are kept in the Oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (L.A), Inner Ring Road

Scheme, Chromepet, Chennai- 600 044, Chengalpattu District and may be inspected on any day during oﬃ ce hours.
