In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 33(2) of Town and Country Planning Act, 1971,
the Director of Town and Country Planning, Chennai here by confirms the following variation to the Conversion of Residential
use into Commercial use in SF.No. 451/2B3A, 451/2B3B, 451/2B3C, & 451/2B3D-Extent:1.46 Acres of Saravanapatti Village,
Coimbatore Corporation, North Taluk, Coimbatore District, Coimbatore Local Planning Area, Approved by the Director of
Town and Country Planning Proceedings in Roc. No. 17851/2004/DP2, dated 11-10-2012 and the fact of this approval in
Form No. 12 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 40, Part-VI—Sec-1, Page 359, dated 30-09-2013 Publication
No. VI(1)394/2013 and the said draft notification published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 44, Part-VI—Section-1,
Page No. 439, dated 28-10-2020. Publication No. VI(1)/408/2020.
2. Since no objections and suggestions have been received on this draft notification within the stipulated time, the same
are here by confirmed and ordered as below.

2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within Sixty days from the date of publication of this
notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member Secretary/
Joint Director, Coimbatore Local Planning Authority any objection and suggestions relating thereto.
3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local Planning

In pursuance of the Hon'ble High court's Official Memorandum ROC. No.78555-A/2021/C3, dated 7-12-2021 it is hereby
notified that all the Civil and sessions Courts in the District of Thanjavur will be closed for the summer vacation during the
year 2022 as detailed below.
(1) The Principal District and Sessions Court, Thanjavur, II Additional District Court, Thanjavur, III Additional District
Court, Thanjavur @ Pattukkottai, Special District Court (MCOP Tribunal), Thanjavur and Additional District Court (FTC),
Kumbakonam.
(2) The courts of Principal Subordinate Judges and Principal Assistant Sessions Judges, Additional Subordinate Judges
and Additional Assistant Sessions Judges of Thanjavur and Kumbakonam and Sub Judges and Assistant Sessions
Judge, Pattukkottai and Special Sub Judge (MCOP) Tribunal), Thanjavur.
(3) The court of Principal District Munsif Kumbakonam, Additional District Munsif, Kumbakonam, Principal District Munsif,
Thanjavur, Additional District Munsif, Thanjavur, District Munsif Thiruvaiyaru and Pattukkottai and Distirct Munsif cum

State of Tamil Nadu, 22-1-2022, 5-3-2022, 23-4-2022, 6-8-2022, 3-9-2022 and 15-10-2022.
(c)
Except the above Saturdays, all other Saturdays are holidays for all the Subordinate Courts, except Family Courts.
(d)
All the Family Courts functioning in the State of Tamil Nadu shall work on 1st and 3rd saturdays of every month
except those Saturdays which are declared as Public Holidays. All other Saturdays are declared as holidays, except
22-1-2022 and 23-4-2022 which is declared as working days.

6. No Plaints, Appeals of petitions except application for grant of copies and for service and execution of process will
be received by the Courts during the vacation.
7. The Office of the Copyists and Process Service Establishments will remain open throughout the Vacation, but no
arrest warrant will be executed during the vacation. The Office of the other Establishment will remain closed. Arrangements
will however be made.
5. for transmitting records in appeals to the Hon'ble High Court
6. for all administrative correspondence.
7. for furnishing the copies and Process Service Establishments with necessary records and Original Orders
Judgements etc. and
8. for receiving printing charges and plan copying fees in respect of Copy Applications.
8. Appeals of an urgent nature during the adjournment may be presented before the Hon'ble Madurai Bench
of Madras High Court at Madurai.
9. In case of Vacation Civil Judge, he will be appointed by the Government for the District of Thanjavur under
Section 30 of the Madras Civil Act (Central Act III of 1873 as amended Section 4 of the Madras Act, 17 of 1959) Civil Suits
and Appeals and other proceedings in Civil cases alone will be received and disposed of by him in terms of Section 30(c)
of the above said Act and the rules that may be framed in this behalf.
10. Urgent applications for bail during the absence of the Principal Sessions Judge for Thanjavur, Thanjavur Division,
during the Vacation should be made in the Hon'ble Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, if Vacation Sessions
Judge, is not appointed for Thanjavur Sessions Division.

22-1-2022 and 23-4-2022 which is declared as working days.

5. In view of the instructions contained in the Criminal Rules of Practice and Circular Orders and as ordered in High
Court's Circular R.O.C.No.2/64-C-3, dated 29th April, 1964 applications in urgent Criminal matters should be made to the High

2. Holidays for all the Subordinate Courts in the State of Tamil Nadu
(a)
All Sundays are Holidays for all the Subordinate Courts including Family Courts functioning in the State of
Tamil Nadu.
(b)
The following 6 Saturdays are working days for all the Subordinate Courts including Family Courts functioning
in the State of Tamil Nadu.
22-01-2022, 05-03-2021, 23-04-2021, 06-08-2021, 03-09-2022 and 15-10-2022.
(c) Except the above Saturdays, all other Saturdays are holidays for all the Subordinate Courts, except Family
Courts.
All the Family Courts functioning in the State of Tamil Nadu shall also work on 1st and 3rd Saturdays of every
month except those Saturdays which are declared as Public Holidays. All other Saturdays are declared as holidays except

As New Years's Day (01-01-2022), Thiruvalluvar Day (15-01-2022), Uzhavar Thirunal (16-01-2022), Telugu
New Year's Day (02-04-2022), May day (01-05-2022), Bakrid (Idul Azha), (10-07-2022) Gandhi Jayanthi (02-10-2022),
Milad-un-Nabi (09-10-2022) and Christmas (25-12-2022) fall on Saturdays /Sundays, these days are not shown in the above list.
No Plaints or petitions except applications for grant of copies and for service and execution of processes wil be received
by the Courts during the vacation.
The Office of the Copyist, Process Service and Execution Department will be kept open throughout the vacation but no
arrest warrants will be issued during the vacation will be executed.
The Office of other departments will remain closed. Arrangement will however be made.
i. for transmitting records in appeals etc., to the High Court.
ii. for all administrative correspondence; and
iii. for furnishing the Copyist and Process Service Deparment with necessary records and orginal orders.
Urgent applications for bail during the Sessions Judge from the Division during the Recess should be made to the High
Court of Judicature, Madras.
Appeals of Urgent nature that lie to the District Court, shall during th adjournment, be presented to the High Court of
Judicature, Madras.
In case of vacation Civil Judge is appointed by the Government for the Combined Vellore District (Vellore, Ranipet and
Tirupattur) under section 30 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act (Central Act III of 1873) as amended by Section 4 of the
Madras Act No. XVII of 1959 suits and appeals and other proceedings will be received disposed of by him in terms of section
30 and the Rules framed in this behalf.

Variation to the Review Approved Karur Master Plan for the Karur Local Planning Area

(1) In exercise of powers conferred under sub section(4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning
Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Land use conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone is ordered
vide G.O. 2D No: 08, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(CLU)) Department dated 13-01-2021.
(2) In exercise of powers conferred vide G.O(MS) No : 102, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(L.Re-1)) Department,
dated 18-08-2021, the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Karur Local Planning Authority which was Review

In the said Review Approved Karur Master Plan, in the land use schedule, under the heading in Thoranakkalpatti village
at Page Nos. 82 and 83, with regard to S.F.Nos. 67/1, 68/A1 & 68/B1 the following entries should be made;

Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F. No. against the entry Residential – MR, the expression 67/1,
68/A1 & 68/B1 shall be added before the expression 84.
2.
Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.No. against the entry Agriculture, the expression “67 to 73” shall be
deleted and the expression “ 67(2, 3), 68(A2, B2, B3), 69 to 73” shall be substituted.
