No. II(2)/HWMP/29(c)/2022.

The following withdrawal is issued to G.O.(D).No.231, Highways and Minor Ports (HN2) Department, dated 06.11.2015

and the Notifi cation No.II(2)/HWMP/676(d-1)/2015, published in the

Extraordinary No.237,

dated 06.11.2015.

WITHDRAWAL NOTIFICATION

Under Sub-section (1) of section 16 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 38/2019) the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby withdraw from Acquisition of the land specifi ed in the Schedule below in respect of the Notifi cation under

sub-section (1) of section 15 of the said Act published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary No.237, dated

06.11.2015 in Part II–Section 2 page No.19 needed for a public purpose, for the strengthening of SH-04 Arcot-Villupuram Road

at Ponpathi Village, by the Government of Tamil Nadu.

WITHDRAWAL NOTIFICATION

Under Sub-section (1) of section 16 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 38/2019) the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby withdraw from Acquisition of the land specifi ed in the Schedule below in respect of the Notifi cation under

sub-section (1) of section 15 of the said Act published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary No.237, dated
