WHEREAS the Delimitation Commission constituted under the Tamil Nadu Delimitation Commission Act, 2017 (Tamil Nadu
Act 23 of 2017), submitted its recommendations for Delimitation of territorial Wards of Dhali Town Panchayat as required under
Section 4(1) of the Tamil Nadu Delimitation Commission Act, 2017 (Tamil Nadu Act 23 of 2017) and the same has been notified
in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 31st December 2021;
AND WHEREAS, the Delimitation Commission has submitted its recommendations for reservation of seats for the persons
belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, Women belonging Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and Women
General in the territorial Wards of Dhali Town Panchayat to the Government, as required under section 4(1)(f) of the said
Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 2017 and the same have been accepted by the Government;
NOW, THEREFORE, under sub-sections (1) (2) and (3) of Section 3-W of the Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act,
1920 (Tamil Nadu Act of V of 1920) and read with rule 4 of the Tamil Nadu Town Panchayats, Municipalities and Corporations
(Delimitation of Wards or Divisions and Reservations) Rules, 1996 and as authorized by the Government as per the Notification
issued vide G.O. (Ms) No. 65, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (Election) Department, dated the 7th August 2006,
the Commissioner of Town Panchayats issues the following amendment to the Director of Town Panchayats, Notification
No. VI(2)/46(c)/2019, published in Part VI-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the
24th May 2019:-

In the said Notification, under the heading Tiruppur District, for Sl.No. 3 in column (1) and its corresponding entries in
columns (2) to (7) thereof, the following Sl.No. and entries thereto shall be substituted, namely:—
