NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND

ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019

No. VI(1)/12(e-1)/2022.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below to be acquired

for the formation of Bye-pass road to Tiruppur - Somanur road (SH-169) at 0/0-2/0 km in Tiruppur Town Village,

Tiruppur South Taluk of Tiruppur District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be

awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Divisional Engineer (H) Project Division,

Tiruppur. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001

(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu is hereby Notiﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below measuring an extent of

1927.80 sq.mtrs. to the same, a little more or less needed for formation of Bye-pass road to Tiruppur - Somanur road

(SH-169) at 0/0-2/0 km in Tiruppur Town Village, Tiruppur South Taluk of Tiruppur District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Oﬃ ce of the District Revenue Oﬃ cer/LAO, Tiruppur may be inspected on

any day during oﬃ ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below to be acquired

for industrial purpose to wit the New Industrial Complex by SIPCOT situated in Doripalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk of

Krishnagiri District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands

is to be paid, out of the funds controlled or managed by SIPCOT. The following notice is issued under sub-section

(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below

measuring an extent of 7.54.5 hectare to the same, a little more or less needed for the purpose wit, new Industrial

Complex by SIPCOT situated in Doripalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk of Krishnagiri District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the oﬃ ce of the District Collector, Krishnagiri may be inspected on any day

during oﬃ ce hours.
