In Consonance with the instructions issued by Hon'ble High Court, Madras in its Official Memorandum in

Roc. No. 78555-A/2021/C3, dated 7th December 2021. It is hereby notiﬁ ed that the Civil and Sessions Courts in Tiruvarur

District will be closed for summer vacation during the year 2022 as hereunder and the following days are declared as holidays

for Subordinate Civil and Sessions Courts of Tiruvarur District during the year 2022.

SUMMER VACATION 2022

The Courts of Principal District and Sessions Judge of Tiruvarur, the Courts of the Subordinate Judges/Assistant Sessions

Judges, Tiruvarur & Mannargudi, the Courts of District Munsif, Tiruvarur, Mannargudi & Thiruthuraipoondi, the Courts of District

Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrates, Nannilam, Needamangalam & Valangaiman (Civil side only) will be closed from Sunday the

1st day of May, 2022 to Tuesday, the 31st day of May 2022 (both days inclusive).

The Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruvarur and Subordinate Judge's Court, District Munsif Courts and District

Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Courts (Civil unit only) in this District shall reopen on the 1st day of June 2022.

The Oﬃ ce of the Part-time Oﬃ cial Receiver, Tiruvarur will remain open throughout the summer vacation.

No Plaints, or petition except applications for grant of copies and for service and execution of Process will be received

during the above holidays.

The Oﬃ ce of the Copyist and Process Service Establishment will be kept open throughout the Vacation, but no arrest

warrants will be executed during the period of adjournment.

The Oﬃ ce of the other Establishment shall remain closed. Arrangements shall however be made for the following:

1. For furnishing necessary records to the copyist and Process Service Establishment for preparation of copies

and process respectively.

2. For transmitting records in Appeal and Sessions Cases to Hon'ble High Court, Madras.

3. For all administrative matters.

The Vacation Civil Judge/Sessions Judge appointed will attend all the urgent Civil matters and urgent bail applications

respectively during the summer vacation.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS

25-02-2020 that a Judicial Magistrate Court be constituted at Manamadurai by converting the existing Additional District

Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Manamadurai.

Department, dated 29-10-2021 has been permitted change of land use of certain survey numbers making the following variation

to the approved Master Plan for the Vadakku Valliyur Local Planning Area under the said Act vide G.O. Ms. No.218, Housing

Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 05-02-2021 the following variation are made to the Master

Plan of Approved / Coimbatore Local Planning Authority under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661,

Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)], dated 12-10-1994 notiﬁ cation No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No 1078 of

Part II—Section-2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 09-11-1994.

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of COIMBATORE

Local Planning Area under heading in village Kangayampalayam page 367 in S.No./R.S.No.91/1A1, 91/1G2 entry should be

made.

Under the heading Residential (MR 27) use zone the following S.No. 91/1A1, 91/1G2 shall be added after 88.

Under the heading Educational (E14) use zone the following S.Nos 89 to 91 shall be deleted. The expression 89 to 90,

91(Except 91/1A1, 91/1G2) shall be substituted.
