Hôõ, F¼õœÀõ˜ Ý‡´-2052.]

No.II(2)/H W M P /50/2022.—The Governor of

Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed

in the Schedule below are acquired for Highways purpose

to wit for the Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of

existing Level Crossing No.25 at Railway Km 57/9 - 58/0 in

between Manavur and Thiruvalangadu Railway Station in 73.

Chinnamapettai Village, Tiruttani Taluk in Tiruvallur District

and it having already been decided that the entire amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid

out of the funds controlled and managed by Chief Engineer

(H), Projects and after having considered the cause shown

by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands

as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under

sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways

Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act, 34 of 2002)

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu

Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the wetlands

speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below and measuring to an extent

of 08345 Square Metres for the purpose of the Construction

of Road Over Bridge in lieu of existing Level Crossing

No.25 at Railway Km 57/9 - 58/0 in between Manavur

and Thiruvalangadu Railway Station in 73. Chinnamapettai

Village, Tiruttani Taluk in Tiruvallur District.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the

oﬃ ce of the District Revenue Oﬃ cer, Tiruvallur and oﬃ ce

of the Tahsildar, Tiruttani and may be inspected at any

time during oﬃ ce hours.

below are required for Highways purpose to wit for construction

of Road Over Bridge at Km 0/6 of Nandhiyambakkam Road

in lieu of existing Level Crossing No.14 at Railway Km

22/4-16 in between Athipattu and Nandhiyambakkam Railway

Station in 136.Nandhiyambakkam Village, Ponneri Taluk in

Tiruvallur District and it having already been decided that

the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the

lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed

by Chief Engineer (H), Construction and Maintenance and

after having considered the cause shown by the owners or

other persons having interest on such lands as the case

may be, do hereby publish the following notice under sub

-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act,

2001 (Tamil Nadu Act, 34 of 2002)

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of

2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands

speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below and measuring to an extent

of 7433 Square Meters for the purpose of construction of

Road Over Bridge at Km 0/6 of Nandhiyambakkam Road

in lieu of existing Level Crossing No.14 at Railway Km

22/4-16 in between Athipattu and Nandhiyambakkam Railway

Station in 136. Nandhiyambakkam Village, Ponneri Taluk

in Tiruvallur District

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in

the oﬃ ce of the District Revenue Oﬃ cer, Tiruvallur and

oﬃ ce of the Tahsildar, Ponneri and may be inspected at

any time during oﬃ ce hours.

conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) read with

sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Family Courts Act, 1984

(Central Act 66 of 1984), the Governor of Tamil Nadu,

after consultation with the High Court of Madras, hereby

makes the following amendment to the Home Department

Notiﬁ cation No. II(2)/HO/456/2019, published at page 512 of

Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette,

dated the 19th June 2019.

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from

depositors that Messers. VV Traders, Coimbatore, a ﬁ nancial

establishment, has defaulted the return of deposits made

by the depositors after maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the said financial establishment

was incorporated and registered its name as Messers.

V.V Traders, Coimbtore, on 17-04-2019 with G.S.T. Registration

No. 33BGGPR6044GIZE.

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satistifed that

the said ﬁ nancial establishment is not likely to return the

deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have

to protect the interests of such depositors;

AND WHEREAS the movable properties speciﬁ ed

in the Schedule to this order are alleged to have been

procured by the said ﬁ nancial establishment from and out

of the deposits collected from the depositors;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers

conferred by section 3 of Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests

of Depositors (in Financial Establishment) Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby makes an ad-interim order attaching the movable

properties of Messers. VV Traders, D.No. 102, Vanninagar,

GN.Mills, (Post), Vellakinarpirivu, Thudiyalur, Coimbatore,

Standing in the name of Thiru. K.S. Ravikumar as speciﬁ ed

in the Schedule to this order and transfers the control over

the said movable properties to the Competent Authority,

namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue

Oﬃ cer, Coimbatore District appointed under the said Act.

(2) The Competent Authority and District Revenue

Oﬃ cer, Coimbatore District is requested to pursue further

action in accordance with the procedures laid down in

sub-sections (3) and (4) of Section 4 of the said Act and

also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection

of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act,

1997.

(3) The Special Public Prosecutor, the Special Court

constituted under the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of

Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Coimbtore,

is requested to render necessary assistance to the Competent

Authority and District Revenue Oﬃ cer, Coimbatore District

for ﬁ ling the application before the Special Court constituted

under the said Act.

Explanation.- (1) Dearness Allowance.- In addition to the

minimum rates of basic wages ﬁ xed above, the employees

shall be paid dearness allowance as indicated below:-

(i) The dearness allowance is linked to the Average

Consumer Price Index of the Chennai City for the year 2010,

that is 161 points (with base 2001-100) and for any further raise

of every one point over and above 161 points, an increase of

Rs. 39.65 (Rupees thirty nine and sixty ﬁ ve paise only) per

month shall be paid as dearness allowance.

(ii) The dearness allowance shall be calculated every

year on the ﬁ rst April on the basis of the average of the

Consumer Price indices of the preceding twelve month. that is,

from is from January to December

(iii) The ﬁ rst calculation of the deanrness allowance shall

thus be eﬀ ective from the date of publication of this Notiﬁ cation

in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

(2) Where the same work or work of a similar nature is

performed by women, no distinction in the payment of wages

shall be made between men and women employees.

(3) To arrive at daily rates of wages, the monthly wages

shall be divided by 26.

(4) To arrive at monthly rates of wages, the daily rate of

wages shall be multiplied by 30.

(5) Wherever the existing wages are higher than the

minimum wages ﬁ xed herein, the same shall be continued to

be paid.
