Variations to Modiﬁ ed Master Plan for Dindigul Local Planning Area.

In exercise of the Powers conferred by the sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and

Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.

No.94, Housing and Urban Development [(UD4(1)] Department, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15-7-2009 the following variations

are made to the modiﬁ ed Master plan for the Dindigul Local Planning area approved under the said Act and

published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notiﬁ cation No.II(2)/HOU/611/2001, at Page No.308

of Part II—Section-2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 15th August 2001.

In the said Modiﬁ ed Master Plan in the ‘LAND USE SCHEDULE’ in Balakrishnapuram Village, under the

heading Agriculture use zone and Residential use zone the following enteries should be made

1) Against the entry for the expression next to Residential use Zone-S. Nos. 77/1, 77/2 Balakrishnapuram

Village shall be added.

2) Against the entry for the expression next to Agricultural use Zone-S. Nos. 77/1, 77/2 Balakrishnapuram

Village shall be deleted.

Seelapadi Village shall be added.

Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following variations to

the approved Master Plan of the Madurai Local Planning Area under the said Act and issued in G.O.Ms. No.122 Housing

and Urban Development (UD4), Department, dated 06-02-1995 and Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette

No.7. Part-II—Section 2 Page 190-191, dated 22-02-1995.

In the said Master plan in Part II "LAND USE SCHEDULE" in Koolapandi Village of Kodimangalam Panchayat, Madurai

West Panchayat Union, Madurai North Taluk and Madurai District under the heading VI Agricultural use zone to I Residential

Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone S.F. Nos:10/1, 10/2A, 11/1B, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, 4, 5A, 5B, 6A, 6B, 16/2A, 2B,

1. In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Town and Country Planning Act, 1971

(Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers conﬁ rmed by the G.O.Ms.No.682, Rural Development and Local

Administration Department, dated 08-04-1975 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary

dated 29-11-1975, Pages 173 to 263.

2. Land use zone conversion from Mixed Residential use zone into Institutional use zone ordered in

G.O.(2D)No.253, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(MPV-1)] Department, dated 29-10-2021 the following variations are

made to the Master Plan of Consented Thoothukudi Local Planning Area under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 54,

Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)], Department dated 11-01-1991 Notiﬁ cation at Page No. 527, of Part VI—Section-1

of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 13-05-1992.

In the Consented Thoothukudi Master Plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Thoothukudi

Local Planning Area under the heading Use zone I Mixed Residential (MR5) Ward 5, Block 5, for the entry "T.S.No. 977 to

979", the entry "T.S.No.977 (except 977/1), 979" shall be substituted. As per G.O.Ms No. 253, Housing and Urban Development

Department, dated 29-11-2021 the land use for the T.S.No.977/1 and 978 of Ward 5, Block 5 are changed as Institutional

Use Zone subject to TNCDBR 2019.
