NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997 READ WITH

THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the land/lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below to be acquired for

industrial purpose to wit to the Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Villupuram - Dindigul and it having alread been

decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed

by General Manager (Scheme-II) RVNL. The following notice is issued under sub - section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act

10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below measuring 193 Sq. mtrs

(0.01.93 Hectares) of Sarkar manai to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for the Doubling of Broad

gauge railway line between Villupuram-Dindigul work in Konur Village of Tittagudi Taluk in the District of Cuddalore.

The plan of the land/lands is/are kept in the Oﬃ ce of the Collector, Cuddalore may be inspected on any day during oﬃ ce

hours.

acquired for industrial purpose to wit to the formation of Food Park situated in Thappukundu and Poomalaikundu

Villages of Theni District and Taluk, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be

awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by SIPCOT. The following notice

is issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule

below measuring an extent of 2.85.5 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose wit, for

the formation of Food Park situated in Thappukundu and Poomalaikundu Villages of Theni District and Taluk,.

has / have to be acquired for industrial purposes, for formation of 'Viaduct–11 Elcot to Sholinganallur’ and having already

been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land / lands is / are to be paid out of

the funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3

of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below

and measuring 4911 Sq.mt to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation

of ’Viaduct–11 Elcot to Sholinganallur’.

The plans of the lands are kept in the Chennai Collector’s Oﬃ ce, Taluk Oﬃ ce–Shozhinganallur and oﬃ ce of The

District Revenue Oﬃ cer, Chennai Metro Rail Limited, Chennai and may be inspected at during oﬃ ce hours.
