of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 46, Part II, Section 2, dated 14.11.2018 issued under section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT,1997 READ
WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT,
2019
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be acquired
for Industrial purpose to wit for the formation of new Industrial complex by SIPCOT situated in 137.Doripalli Village,
Shoolagiri Taluk of Krishnagiri District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded
for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by SIPCOT. The following notice is issued under
sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act
10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil
Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring
an extent of 12.25.5 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for the purpose to wit for the formation of new
Industrial complex by SIPCOT situated in 137.Doripalli Village, Hosur Taluk of Krishnagiri District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the District Collector, Krishnagiri may be inspected on any day
during offi ce hours.

of the funds controlled or managed by District Collector, Ariyalur. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1)
of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below
measuring an extent of 0.12.50 hectare to the same, a little more or less needed for the formation of doubling Broad
Gauge Railway Line between Villupuram – Dindugal situated in Sendurai Village, Sendurai Taluk of Ariyalur District.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be
acquired for industrial purpose to wit to the Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Madurai - Thoothukudi
work in K.Vellakulam Bit -I Village of KalliKudi Taluk in the District of Madurai, and it having already been decided
that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed
by RVNL. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for
Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule
below measuring an extent of 55887 Sq. mtrs of dry land to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial
purpose wit, for the formation of Doubling of Broad gauge railway line work in K.Vellakulam Bit -I Village of Kallikudi
Taluk in the District of Madurai.
The plan of the land/lands is/are kept in the offi ce of the Collector, Madurai may be inspected on any day
during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be
acquired for the formation of road on Vaigai river north bank from Kuruvikkaran Salai to Anna Nagar in 0/0-1/100 km in
Sathamangalam Village, Madurai North Taluk of Madurai District and it having already been decided that the amount of
compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Divisional Engineer
(H) Project Division, Madurai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu
Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the
Governor of Tamil Nadu is hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 6872.21
sq. mtrs. to the same, a little more or less needed for formation of road on Vaigai river north bank from Kuruvikaran
Salai to Anna Nagar in 0/0-1/100 Km in Sathamangalam Village, Madurai North Taluk of Madurai District.
The plan of the land/lands are kept in the offi ce of the District Collector/LAO, Madurai may be inspected on any
day during offi ce hours.
