NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT,1997

READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND

VALIDATION) ACT, 2019

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below to be acquired

for industrial purposes for Corridor 5 Viaduct for formation of Viaduct 9 Near Annapoorna Hotel under Phase II of

Chennai Metro Rail Project and having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded

for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Limited. The following

notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act,

1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below

measuring 1087.5 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for Corridor 5

Viaduct for formation of Viaduct 9 Near Annapoorna Hotel under phase II of Chennai Metro Rail Project limited.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Chennai Collector’s Oﬃ ce, and Taluk Oﬃ ce Alandur and Oﬃ ce of the District

Revenue Oﬃ cer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail Limited, Chennai which may be inspected during oﬃ ce hours.

/ have to be acquired for industrial purposes, for formation of ’15 - Saligramam Metro Station’ and having already

been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land / lands is / are to be paid out of the

funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the

Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below

and measuring 11 Sq.mt to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation of

’15 - Saligramam Metro Station’.

of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 6, Part II, Section 2, dated 07.02.2018 issued under section 15(1) of Tamil

Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) in connection with the formation of Road Over Bridge at km

2/2 of Salem New Bye-pass road in lieu of existing L.C.No.183 Railway km 189/400-500 between Salem Town and
