In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 (2) of the Tamil Nadu HR & CE Act, 1959, the Commissioner,

HR & CE (Admn.) Department, Chennai hereby delegates the powers and duties conferred on him under Section 79 (C) of

the said Act to the Joint Commissioners subject to the following conditions:-

(a) that it shall be subject to the provisions of the said Act and the rules framed under sub-section (2) of Section 13,

(b) that the powers and duties imposed' on the Commissioner under Section 79 (C) of the Act may be exercised

by the Commissioner also.

1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of the powers conferred by the G.O. Ms. No.94, Housing and Urban

Development Department (UD 4 (1), dated 12-6-2009, which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette

No. 27, Part II—Section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15-7-2009 the following variations are made to the Review Master Plan for

the Tiruchirappalli Local Planning area approved under the said act and published in the Housing and Urban Development

Department Notiﬁ cation No.II(2)/HOU/453/2009 at Page No. 319 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 1 of Section 30 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning

Act,1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby published the approval of the Government under

Section 28 of the said Act for the New Town Development Plan for the Navalpattu New Town Development Area in exercise

of the powers conferred by the G.O. Ms .No. 180, Housing and Urban Development Department, dated 19-07-2006 which

(1) In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section(4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning

Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Land use conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone is ordered

vide G.O. 2D No. 158, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(CLU) Department, dated: 14-07-2021.

(2) In exercise of powers conferred vide G.O. Ms. No. 102, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(L.Re-1) Department,

dated18-08-2021, the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Kakithapuram New Town Development Authority

which was consented under the said Act in G.O. Ms. No. 308, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(2) Department

dated: 27-07-2004.

In the said consented Kakithapuran New Town Development Authority Master Plan, in the land use schedule, under the

heading in Punjai Pugalur village at Page Nos. 43 & 51, with regard to S.F.No. 447/2A2,447/2B1,447/2C1, the following

entries should be made;

13.Punjai Pugalur, the expression “447 to 452” shall be deleted and the expression “447Pt [(except 447/(2A2,2B1,2C1)],

approved Master Plan of the Madurai Local Planning Area under the said Act and issued in G.O.Ms. No.122 Housing and

Urban Development UD4, Department, dated 06-02-1995 and published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.7.
