NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997

READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND

VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the land / lands specified in the Schedule below has/

/have to be acquired for industrial purposes, for Corridor 5 for formation of ’Viaduct 4 Near Thirumangalam’ and

having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land / lands is / are to be

paid out of the funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of

Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule

below and measuring 1561 Sq.mt to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for Corridor 5

for formation of ‘Viaduct 4 Near Thirumangalam’.

The plans of the lands are kept in the office of the Chennai Collector and Taluk Office –Amijikarai, District Revenue

Officer L.A., Koyambedu, Chennai Metro Rail Limited and may be inspected at any time during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to

be acquired for the purpose of formation of By-pass Road from Km 0/0-19/250 across Mullipadi, Kovilur, Periyakottai,

Rajakkapatty, Thoattanuthu, Adiyanuthu and A Vellodu Villages in Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District and it have

already been decided that the entire amount of Compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the

funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (Highways), Construction and Maintenance, Chennai City Roads

Division, Chennai-600 015 and having considered the cause shown by the owners or other persons having interest

in the said lands ,as the case may do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of

Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001, (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 2.93.01

hectares of dry lands required for Highways purpose i.e., to the same, a little more or less, required for formation of

By-pass Road from Km 0/0-19/250 across Mullipadi, Kovilur, Periyakottai, Rajakkapatty, Thoattanuthu, Adiyanuthu and

A Vellodu Villages in Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District

The plan of the lands under acquisition, are kept in the Office of the District Collector, Dindigul District and may

be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired

for industrial purpose to wit the new industrial complex by SIPCOT situated in 125. Addakurukki Village, Shoolagiri Taluk

of Krishnagiri District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands

is to be paid out of the fund controlled or managed by SIPCOT. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1)

of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below

measuring an extent of 6.76.5 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for the formation of new industrial

complex by SIPCOT situated in 125.Addakurukki Village, Shoolagiri Taluk of Krishnagiri District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the District Collector, Krishnagiri may be inspected on any day

during office hours.
