The following Government Order is published:—

dated 11-03-2021.

ORDER : No. 4, Housing and Urban Development [HB1(1)], 22nd January 2022

In the Government Order 1st read above orders were issued accepting the Resignation of Thiru. P.K. Vairamuthu

from the post of the Chairman Tamil Nadu Housing Board, with eff ect from 10-03-2021.

2. In the Government Order 2nd read above, orders were issued to the eff ect that the Principal Secretary, Housing

and Urban Development Department shall also the function as the Chairman, Tamil Nadu Housing Board until further order.

3. Now, the Government appoint Thiru. Poochi S. Murugan, as the Chairman of Tamil Nadu Housing Board with eff ect

from 22-01-2022.

4. The terms and conditions of appointment of the above individual will be issued separately.

UNDER THE TAMIL NADU HOUSING BOARD ACT, 1961.

Under section 4 of the Tamil Nadu State Housing Board Act, 1961 (Tamil Nadu Act 17 of 1961), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby appoints Thiru. Poochi S. Murugan, as the Chairman of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board with eff ect on

and from 22nd January 2022.
