Amendment to the Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu Medical Subordinate Services

Margazhi 20, Pilava, Thiruvalluvar Aandu–2052.]

No. SRO B-6/2022.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the constitution of India, the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu Medical Subordinate

Service (Section 21 in Volume-III of the Tamil Nadu Services Manual, 1970).

2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 1st March 2019.

Amendment

In the said Rules, in Part II, under the heading Branch I Medical, in the Annexure II in the tabular column, under the

sub-heading, "Class I" in column (1), for the expression, "A diploma in Pharmacy", in column (2), against the expression

"Category 2 Pharmacists" in column (1), thereof, the expression "(I) A diploma in Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy or

Pharm. D", shall be substituted.
