In exercise of powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 14 and the powers conferred
by section 21 of the Waqf Act, 1995 (Central Act 43 of 1995), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby removes
Thiru. Suhail Hyder Khan as Member of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board appointed under the category of Scholar
in Shia Islamic Theology as per clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Waqf Act, 1995 (Central Act
43 of 1995).
