Amendments to the Notifi cations under the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act.

[G.O. Ms. No. 22, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (AM 2), 25th January 2022,

No. II(1)/AGFW/13/2022.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 5 of Tamil Nadu Agricultural

Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act,1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following

amendment to the Agriculture Department's Notifi cation No.II(1)/AG/1(b-3)/2014, published at page 2 of Part II—Section 1 of

theTamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 25th February 2014:-

In the said Notifi cation, after the expression, "Lalgudi" the expression "Pullambadi," shall be inserted.

Amendment to the Notifi cation under the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act.

[G.O. Ms. No. 14, Home, Prohibition and Excise (III), 19th January 2022,

No. II(1)/HOPE/17/2022.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 18-B of the Tamil Nadu

Prohibition Act, 1937 (Tamil Nadu Act X of 1937), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to

the Prohibition and Excise Department Notifi cation No. II(l)/PE/239(d)/81, published at page 2 of Part II—Section 1 of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 1st May, 1981, as subsequently amended:-
