NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 (TAMIL NADU ACT 34 OF 2002), READ WITH
TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.
No. VI(1)/70(a-1)/2022.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired
under Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project for Highways purpose to wit, for formation of Road connectivity from
Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram (from 120+167 Km. to 121+430 Km.) at 72, Melkanagampattu Village, Tiruporur Taluk,
Chengalpattu District and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the
lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Highways Department and after having considering
the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands, as the case may be, do hereby publish
the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34
of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), read
with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation Act, 2019) the Governor of
Tamil Nadu hereby notifi es that the Wet, Dry lands and Grama Natham, specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to
an extent of 44,063 Sq.Mtrs. of Wet, Dry patta lands and in new Survey No.15/2B etc., in 72, Melkanagampattu Village,
Tiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District to the same a little more or less needed for the purpose to wit for formation of
road connectivity from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram (from 120+167 Km. to 121+430 Km.) as part of Chennai Peripheral
Ring Road Project, Highways Department.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition),
Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Section-V, Chennai-600 058 and in the offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land
Acquisition), Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Unit-VI, Chengalpattu and may be inspected at any time during the
offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired
under Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project for Highways purpose to wit, for formation of road connectivity from
Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram (from 123+580 Km. to 124+220 Km.) at No.87, Santhanampattu Village, Tiruporur Taluk,
Chengalpattu District and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the
lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Highways Department and after having considering
the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands, as the case may be, do hereby
publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001
(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and
Validation) Act, 2019.
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), read
with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation Act, 2019) the Governor
of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi es that Dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 43,536
Sq.Mtrs. of lands are acquired in No.87, Santhanampattu Village, Tiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District to the same a
little more or less needed for the purpose to wit for formation of road connectivity from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram
(from 123+580 Km. to 124+220 Km.) as part of Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Highways Department.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land
Acquisition), Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Chennai Chennai-600 058 and in the offi ce of the Special Tahsildar
(Land Acquisition), Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Unit-VI, Chengalpattu and may be inspected at any time
during the offi ce hours.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), read
with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation Act, 2019) the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi es that the Wet and Dry patta lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an
extent of 43,411 Sq.Mtrs. of Wet and Dry patta lands comprised in Survey No.25/2B2 etc., in No.66, Thirunilai Village,
Tiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District to the same a little more or less needed for the purpose to wit for formation of
road connectivity from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram (from 119+263 Km. to 120+129 Km.) as part of Chennai Peripheral
Ring Road Project, Highways Department.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land
Acquisition), Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Chennai-600 058 and in the offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land
Acquisition), Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Unit-VI, Chengalpattu and may be inspected at any time during the
offi ce hours.
