NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND

ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below to be acquired

for the formation of bye pass road to Namakkal town in Reddipatty Village of Senthamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District,

and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of

the funds controlled or managed by Divisional Engineer (H) project Division, Salem. The following notice is issued under

sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 9946 hects

to the same, a little more or less needed for the formation of bye pass road to Namakkal town in Reddipatty Village

of Senthamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Oﬃ ce of the District Revenue Oﬃ cer, Namakkal may be inspected on

any day during oﬃ ce hours.

for industrial purpose to wit the new industrial Park by SIPCOT situated in Nallaganakothapalli Village, Shoolagiri

Taluk of Krishnagiri District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for

the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by SIPCOT. The following notice is issued under

sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu

Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below

measuring an extent of 0.98.0 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for the formation of new industrial

complex by SIPCOT situated in Nallaganakothapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk of Krishnagiri District

The plan of the lands are kept in the oﬃ ce of the District Collector, Krishnagiri may be inspected on any day

during oﬃ ce hours.

acquired for the purpose of formation Road Over Bridge in lieu of existing Railway level crossing No.29 in between

Kancheepuram – Chennai Road near Kancheepuram Railway Station in Konerikuppam Village, Kancheepuram Taluk &

District and it have already been decided that the entire amount of Compensation to be awarded for the lands is to

be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (Highways), Construction and Maintenance,

Chennai City Roads Division, Chennai-600 015 and having considered the cause shown by the owners or other persons

having interest in the said lands ,as the case may do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of

Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 ( Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

NOTICE

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below to be

acquired for Highways purpose to wit to for the formation of Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of existing Level

Crossing No.55 at Senur Village, Katpadi Taluk, in the District of Vellore, and it having already been decided

that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the lands controlled and managed

by the Divisional Engineer (Highways), Construction and Maintenance, Vellore. The following notice is issued under

sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below measuring an extent of

7451 Sq.Mtr., to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose wit, for the purpose for the formation

of Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of existing Level Crossing No.55 comprised in S.No. 42/1A and etc., at

Senur Village, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Oﬃ ce of the District Collector, Vellore may be inspected on any day during

oﬃ ce hours.
