The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below to be acquired

for Highways purpose to wit to Forming Bypass Road for Tiruvarur Town at Vilamal Village, Tiruvarur Taluk of

Tiruvarur District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are

to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer, Highways Department (Construction and

Maintenance) Tiruvarur. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways

Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 50 Sq.mtrs.,

to the same, a little more or less needed Highways purpose, to wit, for Forming Bypass Road for Tiruvarur Town.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Oﬃ ce of the Land Acquisition Oﬃ cer and District Revenue Oﬃ cer, may be

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule

below measuring an extent of 23 Sq. mtrs of dry land to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose

wit, for the formation of Doubling of Broad gauge railway line work in Thiruparankundram Village of Thiruparankundram

Taluk in the District of Madurai.
