In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of

Children) Act, 2015 [Central Act 2 of 2016], the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the

Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme Department Notifi cation No.II(2)/SWNMP/793(j-1)/2020, published at page 1 in

Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 8th December 2020.
