NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION

LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below to be acquired for

Highways purpose to wit to improving and widening of two lane to four lanes and improvements to Kosasthalaiya Bridge

– Puthur Road with (Bypass Road) at 13/0 – 15/0 KM (SH-51) at No.68, Moongilpattu Village, Uthukottai Taluk and Tiruvallur

District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out

of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer, Highways Department. The following notice is issued under

sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 3450 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a

little more or less needed Highways purpose, to wit, for improving and widening of two lane to four lanes and improvements

to Kosasthalaiya Bridge – Puthur Road with (Bypass Road) at 13/0 – 15/0 KM (SH-51).

The plan of the lands are kept in the Oﬃ ce of the Land Acquisition Oﬃ cer and District Revenue Oﬃ cer, Tiruvallur and Taluk

Oﬃ ce, Uthukottai may be inspected during oﬃ ce hours.

WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the land / lands specified in the Schedule below

has / have to be acquired for industrial purposes, for formation of ’09 - Otteri Metro Station’ and having already

been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land / lands is / are to be paid out of the

funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the

Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu

Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below and measuring

53 Sq.mt to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation of ’09 - Otteri Metro Station’.

The plans of the lands are kept in the Chennai Collector’s Oﬃ ce, Taluk Oﬃ ce – Purasaiwakkam and oﬃ ce of the District

Revenue Oﬃ cer, Chennai Metro Rail Limited, Chennai and may be inspected at during oﬃ ce hours.
