In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country

Planning (Amendment) Act, 2022 (Tamil Nadu Act 12 of 2022), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints

the 2nd day of March 2022 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
