In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Private Universities

Act, 2019 (Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 2019), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby specifies the 7th March, 2022, as

the date on which the NMV University shall commence to exercise its function.
