NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT,1997 READ
WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION)
ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the land / lands specifi ed in the Schedule below has / have to be
acquired for industrial purposes, for formation of Corridor-4 ‘04-Thirumayilai Metro Station’ and having already been decided
that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land / lands is / are to be paid out of the funds managed by the
Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land
for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu
Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule below and measuring
8758 sq.mt to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation of Corridor-4 - ‘04-Thirumayilai
Metro Station’
The plans of the lands are kept in the Chennai Collector’s Offi ce, Taluk Offi ce – Mylapore and offi ce of the District
Revenue Offi cer(LA), Chennai Metro Rail Limited, Chennai and may be inspected at during offi ce hours.

industrial purposes for formation of 12-Villivakkam Bus Terminus Metro Station and having already been decided that the
entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chennai
Metro Rail Limited. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for
Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE

situated in Aralvoimozhi North Village, Thovalai Taluk of Kanniyakumari District and it having already been decided that the
amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed by LAO/ District
Collector, Kanniyakumari. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land
for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act
10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 2032
sq.mtrs to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose to wit for the Formation of Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway
Line between Vanchi Maniyachi and Nagercoil situated in Aralvoimozhi North Village, Thovalai Taluk of Kanniyakumari District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the District Collector/Land Acquisition Offi cer, Kanniyakumari may be inspected
on any day during offi ce hours.
