No.SRO B-18/2022.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India,

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the rules published with Rural Development and

Local Administration Department’s Notifi cation S.R.O A-758 of 1968, dated the 1st November, 1968, at pages 886 to 888 of

Part V of the Fort.St.George Gazette, dated the 11th December, 1968.

In the said Rules,-

In rule 6, under THE TABLE, for the existing word, “three years” found in Column 2, against the entry (a) By direct

recruitment in item (3), (4) and (5) the word, “two years” shall be substituted.
