NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT,1997 READ
WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below have to be acquired
for industrial purposes, for the expansion of Mine-II Expansion in Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited and having already
been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds managed
by the Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the
Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below and
measuring 0.38.50 hect. to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the expansion of Mine-II in
Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited.
The plans of the lands are kept in the Special Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition) Neyveli-2 and may be inspected at
during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired for
Industrial purposes for the formation of Mine Expansion–II of Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited and it having already
been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or
managed by Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited. The following notice is issued under sub section (1) of section 3 of the
Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial purposes Act 1999.
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil
Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring
0.19.50 hect. to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the Expansion of Mine-II of Neyveli
Lignite Corporation India Limited.
The plans of the lands are kept in the Offi ce of the Special Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition), Neyveli-2 and may
be inspected at during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below have to be acquired
for the purpose for Construction of road over bridge at km 1/6 of Neelikonampalayam SHIS colony road SITRA NH-47 in lieu
of existing LC.No.5 at Railway Km 3/3-5 in between Irugur – Peelamedu Railway Stationin Coimbatore District and it have
already been decided that the entire amount of Compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds
controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (Highways), Construction and Maintenance, Chennai City Roads Division,
Chennai-600015 and having considered the cause shown by the owners or other persons having interest in the said lands ,as
the case may do hereby publish the following notice under Sub Section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001
(Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).
NOTICE
Under Sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor
of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 5936 sq.mtr. of R.Dry lands
required for Highways purpose i.e., to the same, a little more or less, required for construction of road over bridge at km 1/6
of Neelikonampalayam SHIS colony road SITRA NH-47 in lieu of existing LC.No.5 at Railway Km 3/3-5 in between Irugur –
Peelamedu Railway Station in the Village of Singanallur and Upplipalayam, Coimbatore South Taluk, Coimbatore District.
The plan of the lands under acquisition, are kept in the Offi ce of the District Revenue Offi cer (L.A), Coimbatore District and
may be inspected on any day during offi ce hours.
