APPOINTMENT OF HON'BLE THIRU. JUSTICE P.RAJAMANICKAM, RETIRED JUDGE OF

HIGH COURT OF MADRAS AS JUDICIAL MEMBER UNDER THE TAMIL NADU LOKAYUKTA

ACT, 2018.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 4(1) of the Tamil Nadu Lokayukta Act, 2018

(Tamil Nadu Act 33 of 2018), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints Hon’ble Thiru. Justice P.Rajamanickam,

Retired Judge of High Court of Madras as Judicial Member of Tamil Nadu Lokayukta.

2. Hon’ble Thiru. Justice P.Rajamanickam (Retd.), Judicial Member, Tamil Nadu Lokayukta shall hold office

for the term of five years, from the date on which he enters upon his office or the date on which he attains

the age of 70 years, whichever is earlier.
