NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT

1997 READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND

VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired

for industrial purposes, for the expansion of Mine-II, Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited and having already been

decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds managed by the

Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu

Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the Wet lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring

0.12.00 Hect., to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the expansion of Mine –II of Neyveli

Lignite Corporation India Limited.

The plans of the lands are kept in the O/o. Special Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition) Neyveli-2 and may be inspected

at during office hours.

compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed by Chennai Metro Rail Limited.

The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes

Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring

578 sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for Corridor- 4 - 25- Kattupakkam Metro

Station’ under Phase-II of Chennai Metro Rail Limited situated in Kattupakkam Village, Poonamallee Taluk, Tiruvallur District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the O/o District Collector, Tiruvallur, Taluk office, Poonamallee and O/o. District Revenue

Officer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail Limited, Chennai may be inspected on any day during office hours.

NOTICE UNDER SUB SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 (TN ACT 34 OF

2002) READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND

VALIDATION) ACT, 38 OF 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired

for Highways purpose to wit to for the formation of Kumbakonam bye-pass Phase III at Valayapettai Village, Kumbakonam

Taluk, in the District of Thanjavur, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded

for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer (Highways), Construction and

Maintenance, Thanjavur. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001

(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 2285 Sq.Mtr., to the

same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose wit, for the purpose for the formation of Kumbakonam bye-pass

Phase III comprised in S.No. 243/1, 243/4 and 243/5 at Valayapettai Village, Kumbakonam Taluk of Thanjavur District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the District Collector, Thanjavur may be inspected on any day during office

hours.
