CESSATION OF THE TRIBUNAL CONSTITUTED UNDER THE

INDIAN CRIMINAL LAW AMENDMENT ACT, 1908.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 16-B of the Indian Criminal Law Amendment

Act, 1908 (Central Act 14 of 1908) as amended by the Indian Criminal Law Amendment (Tamil Nadu Amendment)

Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 42 of 1998), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi es the cessation of the

Tribunal constituted for the State for the purpose of section 16-A of the said Act, in Public (SC) Department

Notifi cation No. II(2)/PU/352(c)/2013, published at page 1 of Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government

Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 4th May 2013, with eff ect from 4th April, 2022.
