LEVY OF TOLLS FOR VEHICLES ENTERING MAMALLAPURAM SPECIAL GRADE TOWN PANCHAYAT, CHENGALPATTU

DISTRICT FOR THE YEAR 2022-2023 UNDER THE INDIAN TOLLS ACT.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of Section 2 of the Indian Tolls

Act, 1851 (Central Act VIII of 1851), as amended by the Tamil Nadu Tolls and Motor Vehicles Taxation (Amendment) Act, 1938

(Tamil Nadu Act VI of 1938) and the Indian Tolls (Tamil Nadu Amendment) Act, 1942 (Tamil nadu Act XIV of 1942), the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby levies tolls for the period commencing from the 8th April 2022 and ending with the 31st March 2023 on the

classes of Motor Vehicles specifi ed in column (2) of the Table below, which enter into or transit through Mamallapuram Special

Grade Town Panchayat, at the rates specifi ed in column (3) thereof, namely:-
