The following errata is hereby issued to the notification No. 15(1) published at page No. 862 to 864 of

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 51, Part II—Section 2, dated 23.12.2015 issued under section 15(1) of

Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) in connection with the formation Bye-pass road

between Ambasamudram and Kallidaikurichi of Tirunelveli District, Ambasamudram Taluk, Vagaikulam Village

ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for

Providing Junction Improvements at Km 2/4 of Vaigai North River Bank Road from Anna Nagar to Viraganoor Ring Road in Vandiyur

Bit - II Village, Madurai East Taluk of Madurai District, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be

awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Highways Department, Madurai. The following

notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 11896 Sq.mtrs. to the same, a

little more or less needed for Providing Junction Improvements at Km 2/4 of Vaigai North River Bank Road from Anna Nagar

to Viraganoor Ring Road in Vandiyur Bit - II Village of Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the District collector, Madurai may be inspected on any day during office

hours.
