Government Gazette No.28, Part-II, Section-2, dated 18-7-2012 issued Under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act,

2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) in connection with the formation of Bye pass road to Rasipuram Town at Namakkal District,

WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below to be acquired for

industrial purpose to wit to the formation of Doubling of Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and Nagercoil Junction

in Nanguneri Village and Taluk of Tirunelveli District, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be

awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Deputy General Manager, Southern Railway,

Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial

Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu

Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below measuring an extent

of 11479 Sq.mtrs. of Wet and Dry lands in S.No.996/2 and etc. to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose

wit, for formation of Doubling of Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and Nagercoil Junction in Nanguneri Village

and Taluk of Tirunelveli District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Land Acquisition Oﬃ cer / District Revenue Oﬃ cer, Tirunelveli and in the

oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (LA), may be inspected on any day during oﬃ ce hours.

Highways purpose to wit to the Construction of High Level Bridge across River Thamirabarani parallel to the old bridge near

Tirunelveli Junction at km. 150/2 of Madurai to Kanyakumari Road, Palayamkottai Part - I Village, Palayamkottai Taluk of Tirunelveli

District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of

the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (Projects), Highways Department, Tirunelveli. The following notice

is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu is hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 179.5 Sq.mtrs. to the same,

a little more or less needed for Highways purpose wit for the Construction of High Level Bridge across River Thamirabarani

parallel to the old bridge near Tirunelveli Junction at km. 150/2 of Madurai to Kanyakumari Road, Palayamkottai Part - I Village,

Palayamkottai Taluk of Tirunelveli District.
