[Courts and Judges - District Judges - Transfer and

Postings in Commercial Court at Chennai - Orders - Issued.]

[G.O. (D). No. 534, Home (Courts-II), 21st April 2022,

The following Government Order is published:—

Rඍඉඌ:

1. From the Registrar General, High Court of Madras,

Chennai D.O. letter No.45373-A/2022-B2, dated 20.04.2022.

2. Government letter No.435/2022-1 Public (Special-A)

Department, Chennai-9, dated 21.04.2022.

Order: No. 534, Home (Courts-II), 21st April 2022.

The Registrar General, High Court of Madras, Chennai, in

his letter communicated with the Government letter second read

above, has stated that the High Court has ordered to transfer

Thiru. L.S. Sathiyamurthy, District Judge, now functioning as

XIII Additional Judge (CBI Cases), City Civil Court, Chennai,

From the said post and post him as Judge Commercial

Court at Chennai, in the newly sanctioned Court, to be

inaugurated on 23.04.2022. He has requested necessary

orders of the Government to that eff ect.

2. The Government, after careful examination accepts

the proposal of the Registrar General, High Court, Madras,

Accordingly, the Government appoint Thiru. L.S. Sathiyamurthy,

District Judge, XIII Additional Judge (CBI Cases), City Civil

Court, Chennai on transfer as Judge in Commercial Court at

Chennai (newly Sactioned Court).
