In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Non-Resident Tamils' Welfare

Act, 2011 (Tamil Nadu Act 4 of 2011), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints dated the 2nd May 2022, as the date on

which the said Act shall come into force.
