NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997 READ

WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT,

2019

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for

industrial purpose to wit to the Doubling of Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and Nagercoil Junction in Therku

Nanguneri Village, Nanguneri Taluk of Tirunelveli District, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation

to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Deputy General Manager, Southern

Railway. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial

Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu

Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of

3143 Sq.mtrs. of Wet and Dry lands in S.No.516/3A2C and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose

wit, for Doubling of Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and Nagercoil Junction in Therku Nanguneri Village,

Nanguneri Taluk of Tirunelveli District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the District Collector, Tirunelveli and in the office of the Special

Tahsildar (LA), Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and Nagercoil Junction

Unit-2, Nanguneri may be inspected on any day during office hours.

for Construction of High Level Bridge across River Pennaiyar Connecting Mettupalayam Village of Villupuram District and

Melkumaramangalam Village of Cuddalore District in Melkumaramangalam (North) Village, Panruti Taluk of Cuddalore District,

and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the

funds controlled or managed by Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 1539 Sq.mtrs. of Dry lands
