WITHDRAWAL FROM ACQUISITION OF LANDS.

NOTIFICATION UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 4 OF THE TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR
INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997 (TAMIL NADU ACT 10 OF 1999).

Under sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby withdraws from acquisition of the land/lands specified
in the schedule below in respect of which notice under sub-section (1) of section 3 was published by the Industries
(MIG.2) Department at page 1 of Part II - Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary No.136
dated 17.07.2014 for Block 9 and page 1 of Part II- Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary
No.249, dated 16.12.2015 for Block 12. Hence the below mentioned lands in the schedule are withdrawn from the land
acquisition proceedings and physical possession of the Land/Lands which was not taken by Government, or on behalf
of the Government.
