NOTICE UNDER SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT,2001 READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU
LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT,2019

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be acquired for
Highways purpose to wit to Forming Bypass Road for Valangaiman Town at Valangaiman Village, Valangaiman Taluk of
Tiruvarur District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be
paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer, Highways Department (Construction and Maintenance)
Tiruvarur. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu
Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of
Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 10540 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a
little more or less needed Highways purpose, to wit, for Forming Bypass Road for Valangaiman Town.
The plans of the lands are kept in the Offi ce of the Land Acquisition Offi cer and District Revenue Offi cer, may be inspected
during offi ce hours.

Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed Highways purpose, to wit, forming Approach road for ROB in
lieu of LC 34 at Km. 50/800-900 of Tiruvarur – Mannargudi – Muthupettai Road (SH -202).
