NOTICE UNDER SUB SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 READ WITH
THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION)
ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the land/lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired for
highways purpose to wit to Formation of Bypass Road from Km 0/0-19/250 across Mullipadi, Kovilur, Periyakottai, Rajakkapatti,
Thoattanuthu, Adiyanunthu and A.Vellodu Villages in Dindigul Town and it having already been decided that the amount of
compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed by District Revenue Officer,
Dindigul. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu
Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub - section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act,2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor
of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule below measuring 1.90.55 Hectares of Dry land and
5.20.49 Hectares of Wet land and Totally 7.11.04 Hectares of patta lands in Mullipadi Village to the same, a little more or less
needed for industrial purpose wit, for Formation of Bypass Road across Dindigul town from Km 0/0 -19/250 across Mullipadi,
Kovilur, Periyakottai, Rajakkapatti, Thoattanuthu, Adiyanunthu and A.Vellodu Villages in Dindigul East Taluk.
The plan of the land/lands is/are kept in the office of the District Revenue Officer Dindigul may be inspected on any day
during office hours.
