NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU

LAND ACQUISITION LAWS ( REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for

Highways purpose to wit to forming Bypass Road for Valangaiman Town at Melavidayal Village, Valangaiman Taluk of Tiruvarur

District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of

the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer, Highways Department (Construction and Maintenance) Tiruvarur. The

following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the Wet lands specified in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 31446 Sq.mtrs., to the

same, a little more or less needed Highways purpose, for forming Bypass Road for Valangaiman Town.

The plans of the lands are kept in the Office of the District Revenue Officer, Tiruvarur and may be inspected during

office hours.

Highways purpose to wit to forming Approach road for ROB in lieu of LC 34 at Km 50/800-900 of Tiruvarur - Mannargudi -

Muthupettai Road (SH-202) at Vilamal Village, Tiruvarur Taluk of Tiruvarur District and it having already been decided that the

amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional

Engineer, Highways Department (Project) Tiruvarur. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial purposes Act, 1997
