NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES

ACT, 1997 READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT

AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below to be acquired for

industrial purpose to wit to the formation of doubling of Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and Nagercoil

Junction in Chatram Pudukulam Village of Tirunelveli Taluk and District, and it having already been decided that the amount of

compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Deputy General Manager,

Southern Railway, Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of

Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu

Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below measuring an extent of

4274 Sq.mtrs. of Wet lands in Ward A, Block 30, T.S.No.40 and etc. to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial

purpose wit, for the formation of doubling of Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and Nagercoil Junction in Chatram

Pudukulam Village of Tirunelveli Taluk and District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Oﬃ ce of the Land Acquisition Oﬃ cer / District Revenue Oﬃ cer, Tirunelveli and Special

Tahsildar (LA-RVNL), Tirunelveli, Unit–I may be inspected on any day during oﬃ ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below to be acquired for

industrial purpose to wit to the formation of doubling of Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and Nagercoil Junction

in Palamadai Village, Tirunelveli Taluk and District, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be

awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Deputy General Manager, Southern Railway.

The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes

Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below measuring

an extent of 4700 Sq.mtrs. of Dry lands in S.Nos.397B and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose

wit, for the formation of doubling of Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and Nagercoil Junction in Palamadai

Village, Tirunelveli Taluk and District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Oﬃ ces of the Land Acquisition Oﬃ cer and District Revenue Oﬃ cer, Tirunelveli and

the Special Tahsildar (LA-RVNL), Unit–I, Tirunelveli may be inspected on any day during oﬃ ce hours.
